Manage reservations, alocate rooms, print out check-in forms, invoices, breakfast slips and cleaning scheduals. The built in reservation software keeps all of your room availibility at 'real time', the tool accounts for all online reservations and manual administration bookings. When a telephone or agency booking arrives you can easiliy add their details to the system, which will automitically block out availability. All manual bookings processed will automically send the customer a welcome email with reservation details.
